This Seller Agreement (“Agreement”) is between DzipMart (“we”, “us”) and you (“Seller”, “Tenant”) — the person or entity registering to sell products or offer services on DzipMart. By creating a seller account at dzipmart.store or by listing any item on DzipMart, you agree to this Agreement and the DzipMart Terms of Service.

3. Listings
You’re responsible for:
- Accurate titles, descriptions, categories, images (no stolen photos)
- Correct pricing, stock, unit of sale, MOQ (for wholesale)
- Keeping listings up to date (remove out-of-stock promptly)
- Complying with product-safety, labelling, and consumer-protection law
- Not listing prohibited items — see Content Guidelines
DzipMart may edit or remove listings that breach these rules.
4. Taxes

- Where required by law, include tax registration numbers on invoices you issue to buyers
- DzipMart may withhold tax on payouts where required by law
5. Fulfillment (products)
- Ship within your stated lead time (typically 1–5 business days). Repeated late dispatch may result in listing de-prioritization or account suspension.
- Use tracked shipping where feasible; share tracking numbers with DzipMart / the buyer
- Package items to survive transit
- Honour the returns policy you set on your listing (must meet minimum standards in Section 8)
6. Fulfillment (services)
- Confirm service bookings within 24 hours
- Arrive on time at the agreed location
- Comply with applicable professional licensing / permits for the service offered
- Handle cancellations per the Service Booking Terms
7. Fees
- Commission: [e.g., X%] of the item price on each sale (shipping excluded)
- Payment processing: passed through at cost (e.g., Razorpay / Shopify Payments fees)
- Payout schedule: weekly to your linked bank account, after a [7]-day clearance period per transaction
- Chargebacks: deducted from your payouts; disputed with DzipMart’s support
- Fees may change with 30 days’ notice
Final commercial terms are confirmed in your seller dashboard at signup.
8. Minimum return policy
Your return policy must meet at least:
- 7-day return window from delivery for products not on the Non-returnable list
- Refunds processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item
- Damaged / defective / wrong items: full refund or replacement at Seller’s cost
If DzipMart Buyer Protection upholds a buyer claim against you, the refund is paid from your pending payouts.
9. Intellectual property
- You own your content (photos, descriptions). You grant DzipMart a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce, and promote your content on the Platform.
- You represent that your listings don’t infringe anyone’s IP. Repeat IP complaints may result in account termination. See IP / DMCA Takedown.
10. Platform rules
- No off-platform coupon or direct-payment schemes to circumvent DzipMart fees
- No fake orders, fake reviews, or review-gating
- No selling the same SKU at substantially lower prices elsewhere (price parity not enforced; but aggressive arbitrage to exploit Buyer Protection is not allowed)
- Respond to buyer messages within 2 business days
11. Data
- You receive only the buyer data needed to fulfil the order (name, shipping address, contact, items)
- You won’t use buyer data for unsolicited marketing or share with third parties
- Comply with applicable data-protection law in your jurisdiction
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for:
- Breach of this Agreement, Content Guidelines, or applicable law
- Unresolved buyer complaints or repeated Buyer Protection claims
- Fraud or attempted fraud
- Listing prohibited items
You may close your account anytime after fulfilling all open orders and paying any outstanding chargebacks.
13. Liability
Each party is responsible for its own conduct and obligations. DzipMart’s liability to Sellers is capped at the commission DzipMart earned from the Seller in the 6 months before the claim.
You indemnify DzipMart against claims arising from your listings, your products, or your breach of this Agreement.
14. Changes
We may update this Agreement. Material changes are communicated by email and notice in the seller dashboard. Continued listing activity after the effective date = acceptance.
15. Governing law and disputes
Governing law and dispute resolution are per the Terms of Service.
